Costs that come from third parties or depend on your usage.
- Hosting and server costs. Your website runs on your own hosting account, billed to you directly by the hosting provider.
- WhatsApp conversation fees, which Meta charges per message template sent. They are billed by Meta's rules for your country.
- Your domain name registration, if you don't already own one.
- AI assistant usage above {{AI_LIMIT}}, if your plan has a usage limit.
Not included, because we don't do it yet
Online payments or deposits, SMS, a WhatsApp chatbot, multi-location websites, group classes, medical records, insurance billing and telehealth. See the FAQ for details.

Pricing questions
What costs extra?
WhatsApp conversation fees charged by Meta, your domain name registration if you don't already own one, and AI assistant usage above {{AI_LIMIT}} if your plan has a limit. Everything else listed on this page is part of the plan.
Why do WhatsApp messages cost extra?
Meta charges businesses for WhatsApp template messages sent through its official API, based on its own pricing for each country. Those fees come from Meta, not from us. Email confirmations and reminders don't carry that cost.
Can I pay in PKR?
Clinics in Pakistan are quoted in PKR and clinics in the USA in USD.
Is setup done for me?
Yes. For every clinic we build the website, load treatments, schedules and the assistant's knowledge, connect your domain, email and WhatsApp, and train your team. See how it works.
Can my patients pay online?
Not yet. Velvet Lead doesn't take online payments or deposits, so patients pay at the clinic.
