Yes. Set each length up as its own treatment with its own price, duration and clean-up time. Clients pick the one they want and see only times that fit.

Can clients choose a specific therapist?

Yes. Clients choose from the therapists who perform that treatment, or pick “anyone available” to see all open times.

Can we sell gift vouchers or massage packages?

Not online yet. There are no online payments, so vouchers and packages can't be bought on the website. You can describe them on your site and take payment at the clinic.

Will the chatbot give advice on health conditions?

No. It answers from your own information about treatments, prices and hours. Questions about pregnancy, medication or health conditions are pointed to the clinic, with a callback request offered.

Can clients cancel without calling?

Yes. Every booking includes a private manage link, and clients can cancel within your cancellation window. The freed time becomes bookable again.
