Before you book
How long is the demo?
About 15 minutes, plus as long as you need for questions.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. It helps to know roughly how many enquiries you get a month and where they come from, but it isn't required.
Can my practice manager or marketing agency join?
Yes. Anyone who handles enquiries, bookings or ads is welcome on the call.
What if Velvet Lead isn't a fit for my clinic?
We'll say so. If you need online payments, group classes, several branches on one website or medical records, we'll tell you on the call rather than after you sign up.
