What exactly does Velvet Lead include?

Do I still need a web designer or a separate booking app?
No. The website, booking, assistant and lead inbox are one connected system that we build and set up for you, so there's nothing separate to buy and connect.
Does the AI assistant give medical advice?
No. It answers from your clinic's own information, such as treatments, prices, hours and FAQs. It sends pregnancy, medication and emergency questions to your clinic or emergency services, and offers a callback when it doesn't know.
Can patients pay or leave a deposit online?
Not yet. Patients pay at the clinic. Clear cancellation windows, reminders and a self-cancel link help protect your diary instead.
Do you send SMS reminders?
No. Confirmations and reminders go by email, and by WhatsApp for patients who opt in when they book. WhatsApp is used for these messages only, not as a chatbot.
