AI assistant

An AI chatbot for clinics that knows your clinic

Patients ask about prices, aftercare or Saturday availability at midnight and get an answer from your own information. It shows real free times, and the patient books them on your booking page.

Questions arrive when nobody is at the desk

Patients think about treatments in the evening, on weekends and between other jobs. Your team works set hours.

  • “Price?” and then silence

A patient asks a short question late at night. By the morning reply, they have booked somewhere that answered first.

  • Generic bots that make things up

A chatbot trained on the whole internet can give a confident answer about a price or treatment your clinic doesn't offer.

  • The same ten questions, every day

Opening hours, parking, downtime, how many sessions. Your team types the same answers again and again instead of looking after patients in front of them.

How it works

From question to booking page, honestly

The assistant sits on your website and answers from what you have told it. When a patient wants a time, it checks your diary.

  1. A patient asks a question

They type in their own words, at any hour. “How long does laser take?” or “Is the consultation free?”

  2. It answers from your information

The reply comes from your treatments, prices, hours, team, offers, FAQs, cancellation policy and the documents you uploaded.

  3. It checks real availability

Asked about a day or time, it looks up actual free slots using the same rules as your booking page.

  4. The patient books themselves

It offers a link to the booking page. The patient reviews the details and confirms there. The assistant never books on its own.

Answers come from your clinic, not the internet

The assistant is grounded in your clinic's own information. It doesn't guess what a typical clinic charges; it reads what you charge.

It draws on:

  • Your treatments and their prices
  • Opening hours and practitioners
  • Current offers
  • Your FAQs and cancellation policy
  • Documents you upload, such as price lists, aftercare sheets and brochures

Real free times, and a link to book

When a patient asks “Do you have anything for laser on Saturday?”, the assistant checks live availability and replies with times that are actually open, plus a link to book them.

It never books on its own. The patient chooses a time, reviews it and confirms on the online booking page. Your confirmation rules still apply.

It knows what “tomorrow” means

The assistant knows today's date and your clinic's time zone. A patient in Lahore asking about “this weekend” gets Pakistan Standard Time. A patient of a clinic in Chicago asking about “tomorrow afternoon” gets Central Time.

That sounds small, but it is the difference between a useful answer and a confusing one.

It stays in its lane

The assistant doesn't give medical advice and doesn't diagnose. It answers practical questions about your clinic and its services.

Questions about pregnancy, medication or anything urgent are pointed to the clinic, or to emergency services when it sounds like an emergency. When the assistant doesn't know an answer, it offers a callback request, so a real person on your team follows up.

Callback requests land in your lead inbox with the rest of your enquiries.

Every unanswered question becomes a to-do

When the assistant can't answer something, the question is logged. Your team reviews the list, adds an answer to your FAQs or uploads the right document, and the next patient gets a reply.

Over time, the gaps in your information show up in one place instead of being lost in chat history.

Protected from abuse, and under your control

Rate limits and a daily limit stop anyone from flooding the assistant with messages. You can switch it off at any time from the admin panel, for example while you update prices.

How different clinics use it

For aesthetic clinics, the busy questions are usually price ranges, downtime and whether a consultation is needed first. The assistant answers from your treatment pages and sends suitable patients to book a consultation.

A dermatology clinic might upload aftercare sheets so patients can check instructions after a visit. A hijama clinic might get questions about session times on a Friday or during particular weeks, which the assistant answers from real availability.

A weight loss clinic will get medication questions. Those go straight back to the clinic, which is exactly where they belong.

Example

What a conversation looks like

Every answer comes from the clinic's own information. Medical questions go to the clinic, and patients always confirm bookings themselves.

Example conversation
  1. Patient:

Hi, do you have anything for laser hair removal on Saturday?

  2. Assistant:

Yes, there are free times for laser hair removal this Saturday. You can pick one and confirm it on our booking page.

    • 10:30 AM
    • 1:00 PM
    • 3:45 PM
  3. Patient:

Is it safe if I'm pregnant?

  4. Assistant:

I can't give medical advice, so please check with the clinic before booking. I can request a callback from our team if you'd like.

  5. Patient:

Yes please, a callback would be good.

  6. Assistant:

Of course. Please add your name and number to the callback request, and someone from the clinic will call you back.

Honest limits

What the assistant won't do

Clear boundaries make it safer for patients and easier for your team to trust.

  • It never books an appointment by itself. Patients always confirm on the booking page.
  • No medical advice or diagnosis. Pregnancy, medication and emergency questions go to the clinic or emergency services.
  • It answers on your website only. It is not a WhatsApp chatbot, and patients can't book inside WhatsApp.
  • English only for now.
  • It only knows what you have given it. Missing information shows up in the unanswered question log.

FAQ

Questions clinics ask

Where does the chatbot get its answers?

From your clinic's own information: treatments, prices, opening hours, practitioners, current offers, FAQs, your cancellation policy and documents you upload such as price lists and aftercare sheets.

Can the chatbot book appointments?

It can check live availability and share real free times with a link to book. It never books by itself. The patient confirms on your booking page.

Will it give patients medical advice?

No. It doesn't give medical advice. Questions about pregnancy, medication or emergencies are pointed to the clinic or to emergency services, and it offers a callback request when it doesn't know.

What happens when it can't answer a question?

It offers the patient a callback request, and the question is logged so your team can add the answer to your FAQs or upload the right document.

Can we turn the chatbot off?

Yes. You can switch it off any time from the admin panel and turn it back on when you're ready.

Does it work inside WhatsApp?

No. The assistant lives on your website. WhatsApp is used for booking confirmations and reminders, not for a chatbot or booking.

Who sets up what the chatbot knows?

We load your treatments, prices and documents during setup. After launch, your team manages the assistant's settings and documents from the admin panel.
