Clinic website
Clinic website design that books patients
Patients find your treatments, see what each one involves, and book a real appointment on your own domain. We build it in your brand, and your team keeps it up to date.

A nice website is not the same as bookings
Plenty of clinics paid for a good-looking site and still get most patients through messages. The gap is usually the same three things.
Pages that say nothing useful
A treatment page with two stock photos and “contact us for details” sends every patient to your inbox with the same questions about price and downtime.
Nobody can change it
Updating a price or adding an offer means emailing a designer and waiting. So the site slowly drifts away from what the clinic actually charges.
No clear next step on a phone
Most patients browse on their phone. If the booking button is buried at the bottom of a long page, they close the tab and message someone else.
How it works
Every treatment page answers the real questions
Each treatment gets its own page, filled in from the details you give us and edit later in the admin panel.
Price, shown your way
Show a fixed price, a range you set, or “price at consultation” for treatments that depend on an assessment.
Duration and downtime
Patients see how long the appointment takes and how much downtime to plan around before they ever message you.
Results and sessions
Add how long results typically last and how many sessions you usually recommend, in your own careful wording.
Aftercare
Put your aftercare guidance on the page, so patients can read it before booking and find it again afterwards.
Who it isn't suitable for
List who should not have the treatment and set a minimum age. Patients who don't fit can rule themselves out early.

A complete site on your own domain
You get a full multi-page website, not a single landing page or a profile on someone else's platform. It sits on your clinic's domain, so every visit and every booking builds your name.
The site includes:
- A home page that leads straight to treatments and booking
- A treatments overview and a separate page for each treatment
- A pricing page
- About, FAQ and contact pages
- A consultation request page for treatments that need an assessment first
- Online booking built into the same site
Before-and-after photos, with consent on record
Results photos help patients picture a treatment. They also carry responsibility. The gallery lets you add before-and-after images alongside a record that the patient agreed to their photos being used.
That record stays with the photo, so if anyone asks later, your team can see that consent was given. It is a practical habit for aesthetic clinics and hair transplant clinics, where photos are often the first thing a patient looks for.
Reviews, FAQs and offers you manage
Your team adds testimonials and reviews, writes FAQs and updates them whenever patients start asking something new. Nothing waits on a developer.
Promotions work the same way. Create an offer with a promo code, set a start date and an end date, and it appears on the site for that period only. Patients don't find a summer offer still running in winter.
Changes are published straight from the admin panel.
Your brand, without a design project
Pick one of five brand themes: Rosewood, Plum, Sage, Ocean or Noir. Add your own logo and accent color on top, and the whole site follows.
The browser tab icon and the image shown when someone shares your link are generated from your brand automatically. A link pasted into WhatsApp or Instagram looks like your clinic, not a blank preview.
The site speaks the way your clinic does
Small wording choices matter. A dental clinic may call its team doctors. A physiotherapy clinic talks about clinicians or therapists. Wording settings let you set this once, and every page uses it.
- What your staff are called: doctors, clinicians, practitioners or therapists
- Whether consultations are free
- The reply time you promise for enquiries
- A payment note, such as how and when patients pay at the clinic
- Arrival instructions for first visits
Legal pages you don't start from blank
Your site comes with a privacy policy, terms and a medical disclaimer. Each starts from a template, filled in with your clinic's details, and your team can edit it.
Please treat these as a starting point. They are not legal advice, and we recommend having them checked for your own clinic and country.
Built for patients on their phones
The site is designed mobile-first and built on fast, modern technology. Pages are built to load quickly on a phone.
On phones, a sticky bar stays at the bottom of the screen with a booking or consultation button. Wherever a patient is on a page, the next step is one tap away.
Phone numbers are checked against your clinic's country. A clinic in Pakistan gets numbers in the +92 format, and a med spa in the USA gets US numbers, so your team isn't calling back a number with a missing digit.
Connected to everything behind it
Because the website, booking, AI assistant and lead inbox are one product, an enquiry from any page lands in the same place. You can see which page, post or campaign it came from in lead management.
Honest limits
What the website doesn't do yet
A few honest limits, so you can judge the fit before we start.
- English only for now. There is no Urdu or Spanish version of the site yet.
- One location per website. A clinic with several branches would need a separate site for each.
- No online payments or deposits, and no memberships or packages sold online. Patients pay at the clinic.
- Legal page templates are a starting point, not legal advice.
- The site is for booking and enquiries. It doesn't hold clinical records, notes or prescriptions.
Built for clinics like yours
- Aesthetic clinics Injectables, skin boosters, consultations and a gallery with consent
- Hair transplant clinics High-value consultation leads, follow-ups and a consented gallery
- Dental clinics Check-ups, whitening and aligner consultations booked online
- Physiotherapy clinics Assessments, follow-ups and therapist schedules in one diary
- Med spas Facials, laser and injectables with US time zones and campaign tracking
FAQ
Questions clinics ask
Do we need our own domain name?
The site runs on your clinic's own domain. If you already have one, we connect it during setup. If you don't, we can talk through getting one on the discovery call.
Can our team edit the website after launch?
Yes. Homepage wording, treatments, prices, offers, reviews, FAQs, the gallery and legal pages are all edited from the admin panel and published straight away.
Can we hide prices for some treatments?
Yes. Each treatment can show a fixed price, a range you set, or “price at consultation”. Many clinics use a range or consultation pricing for treatments that depend on an assessment.
How do before-and-after photos handle consent?
Each photo in the gallery is stored with a record that the patient consented to it being used. You collect that consent from the patient; the record keeps it attached to the photo.
Can we choose our own colors?
You choose one of five themes (Rosewood, Plum, Sage, Ocean or Noir) and add your own logo and accent color. The browser icon and social share image are created from your brand automatically.
Are the privacy policy and terms legally checked?
No. They start from a template filled in with your clinic's details and you can edit them, but they are not legal advice. We recommend asking a lawyer to review them for your clinic.
Is the site available in Urdu or Spanish?
Not yet. Sites are in English only for now.
