Why we exist
Clinics lose patients between the ask and the answer
A patient asks about a treatment at night. Nobody replies until morning. Another asks for a price on Instagram, gets a quick answer between appointments, and never comes back. The clinic pays for ads but can't say which one brought anyone in.
Usually the clinic isn't short of enquiries. The problem is slow replies and scattered tools: a website from one designer, a booking app from another, a chatbot from a third, and leads in a notebook or a spreadsheet.
Velvet Lead puts those pieces into one system, sets it up for the clinic and hands it over, so patients get answers and real appointment times, and owners can see what's working.
Our story
From the founder
I'm a senior software developer. I kept seeing the same thing at clinics: the website, the booking tool and the chat app were three separate products that didn't talk to each other, so enquiries arrived at midnight and sat unanswered until morning. I built Velvet Lead to be one system instead of three, and to set it up for clinic owners rather than hand them software to figure out.

How we work
Honest claims
We say what the product does and what it doesn't. No invented results, no borrowed logos, no promises about doubling your bookings. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you.
Patient privacy
Each clinic has its own separate database. Team access is enforced by the database itself, and patients' consent to marketing is recorded separately from the privacy notice.
Your domain, your data
Your website lives on your own domain, and your patient and lead data belongs to your clinic, not to us.
Outcomes over features
Faster replies, bookable slots and knowing where patients come from matter more than a long feature list. We build for what happens at the front desk.
Where we work
The USA and Pakistan
We build for clinics in both markets from one team, and each clinic's site uses its own currency, phone format and time zone.
