For hijama clinics

Hijama clinic online booking your patients trust

Your own website where patients read about cupping, choose the practitioner they are comfortable with and book a real free slot, even when the clinic phone is off.

Demo clinic · illustration

Many hijama patients in Pakistan find a clinic through Instagram or a friend's recommendation, then send a WhatsApp message with two questions: how much is it, and is there a female or male practitioner available? When those messages sit unread until the next afternoon, the patient books somewhere else.

Velvet Lead builds your hijama clinic a proper website with online booking, an AI assistant that answers from your own information, and confirmations and reminders on email and WhatsApp. Behind it, one admin panel keeps your appointments, practitioners' schedules and enquiries in the same place. We set it up for you and train your team.

Where hijama clinics miss bookings

  • “Is a sister practitioner available?”

Many patients will only book once they know who will treat them. Answering that question one WhatsApp message at a time, across several practitioners' days off, takes hours your front desk doesn't have.

  • Sunnah days fill up in a rush

Patients ask about the Sunnah dates of the Islamic month well in advance, then everyone wants the same few days. Without a clear schedule online, the phone rings nonstop and some slots get promised twice.

  • Enquiries scattered across phones

Instagram DMs, WhatsApp chats, calls and walk-ins all land in different places. Nobody can say which post brought patients in, or which enquiry was never answered.

How Velvet Lead helps

How Velvet Lead handles it

Each part is shaped around how a hijama clinic in Pakistan actually runs its week, from Ramadan hours to the busy Sunnah days.

  • Patients choose a named practitioner

After picking a treatment, patients choose from the practitioners who perform it, or “anyone available”. Your female and male practitioners each have their own profile and weekly schedule, so a patient booking with a sister practitioner only sees her real free times.

    Online booking: how it works
  • Sunnah days as dated promotions

Add each month's Sunnah dates as a promotion with a start and end date. It appears on your website for that window, and the AI assistant can mention it when patients ask about current offers. You update the dates yourself from the admin panel.

    Clinic website: how it works
  • Answers from your own information

The AI assistant replies at any hour using your treatments, PKR prices, opening hours, practitioners and FAQs. It checks live availability and sends a booking link, but the patient always confirms the booking themselves. It does not give medical advice.

  • WhatsApp reminders for patients who opt in

Patients who tick the WhatsApp option when they book get their confirmation and reminder there, using official WhatsApp Business templates. Everyone gets email. If an appointment is moved or canceled, the old reminder is dropped.

    WhatsApp reminders: how it works
  • Every enquiry in one inbox

Website forms, chatbot callback requests, Instagram DMs and WhatsApp enquiries your team logs, phone calls and walk-ins all sit in one lead inbox, with the source recorded. You can see which Instagram campaign brought patients in.

AI assistant

What patients ask your assistant

The assistant answers from the treatments, prices, practitioners, offers and documents you give it. Anything it can't answer is logged, so you can add the answer for next time.

  • What is the price of hijama at your clinic?
  • Do you have a female practitioner free on Sunday?
  • Is the clinic open on the Sunnah days this month?
  • Do I need to fast before my session?
  • What should I wear to my appointment?
  • Can I cancel if something comes up?

Answers from the clinic's own information

Example conversation
  1. Patient:

Is Ayesha available for hijama this Sunday morning?

  2. Assistant:

Ayesha has free times this Sunday morning. Choose one and confirm your details on the booking page.

    • 10:00 AM
    • 11:15 AM
    • 12:30 PM
  3. Patient:

I take blood thinners. Can I still have hijama?

  4. Assistant:

That's a question for the practitioner, not for me. Please speak to the clinic before booking. I can request a callback for you if you like.

Settings

Settings hijama clinics usually choose

You choose these once during setup, and your website, booking flow and messages follow them.

Country, currency and time zone

Pakistan, PKR, Pakistan Standard Time (PKT)

Prices show in rupees, “tomorrow” means tomorrow in Pakistan, and patient mobile numbers are checked as +92 numbers (for example +92 3XX XXXXXXX).

Staff wording

Practitioners

The whole site then says “practitioner”. If your team are doctors, choose “doctors” instead.

Opening hours and closures

Your weekly hours, plus holidays such as Eid

Online booking never offers a time when the clinic is closed. Change hours for Ramadan and the booking page follows.

Confirmation mode

Manual or instant

Manual lets your front desk check each request first. Unconfirmed requests expire after a set number of hours and the patient is told kindly.

WhatsApp messages

On

Patients who opt in when they book get confirmations and reminders on WhatsApp as well as email.

Arrival instructions

Your own note

Tell patients where to park, which entrance to use, or anything they should bring, in the wording you choose.

Respecting your patients' choices

For many patients, being treated by a practitioner of the same gender matters. Velvet Lead doesn't guess this for them. Each practitioner is listed by name with the treatments they perform, and patients pick the person they want. Your team decides how practitioners are described on the website.

If a patient prefers not to book online at all, your front desk adds phone and walk-in bookings in the admin panel. Those appointments sit in the same diary, so nobody is double-booked.

Keeping Sunnah days calm

Because online booking only shows genuinely free times, a busy Sunnah day fills up slot by slot instead of through a pile of WhatsApp promises. Clean-up time between appointments is built in, so practitioners are not rushed from one patient to the next.

Your reports show appointments, completed visits, cancellations and no-shows by day and by practitioner, so you can see how each Sunnah day actually went and plan staffing for the next one.

Built for clinics in Pakistan

The site is in English for now. Prices are in PKR, patients get WhatsApp confirmations if they opt in, and enquiries from Instagram can be tracked back to the post or campaign that sent them. There are no online payments yet, so patients pay at the clinic. See how Velvet Lead works for clinics in Pakistan.

Hijama clinics often sit alongside other wellness practices. If you also offer natural remedies, see our page for homeopathy clinics, or compare with acupuncture clinics, which book in a similar one-to-one way.

Honest fit

Is Velvet Lead right for your hijama clinic?

Right for you if…

  • Patients book one-to-one sessions with a named practitioner
  • You run one clinic location
  • You want prices, practitioners and free times visible on your own website
  • Your enquiries come from Instagram, WhatsApp, calls and walk-ins, and you want them in one place

Not right yet if…

  • You want patients to pay online before they arrive (patients pay at the clinic for now)
  • You need a website in Urdu (the site is English only for now)
  • You want patients to book by chatting inside WhatsApp (WhatsApp is for confirmations and reminders)
  • You run several branches, or send practitioners to patients' homes

FAQ

Hijama clinics: common questions

Can patients choose a female or male practitioner?

Patients choose from the named practitioners who perform the treatment they picked, or “anyone available”. So a patient who wants a female practitioner simply books with her, and only sees her real free times.

How do we show the Sunnah days each month?

Add them as a promotion with start and end dates in the admin panel. The promotion shows on your website for those dates, and the AI assistant knows about it when patients ask about current offers.

Will patients get reminders on WhatsApp?

Yes, if they opt in when they book. They receive booking received, confirmed, reminder, rescheduled and canceled messages through official WhatsApp Business templates. Every patient also gets email.

Does the AI assistant give health advice about hijama?

No. It answers from your clinic's own information, such as prices, practitioners and opening hours. Questions about medicines, pregnancy or health conditions are pointed to your clinic, and emergencies to emergency services.

Can patients pay for their session online?

Not yet. There are no online payments or deposits, so patients pay at the clinic. You can add a note about how you accept payment, and it appears on the website.

Is the website available in Urdu?

Not yet. The website is English only for now. Prices are in PKR, phone numbers are checked as Pakistani mobile numbers, and the time zone is PKT.
